Bourbon St. Bistro Chili Sauce
The sauce is the perfect accompaniment to any dish. It can not be over used. It pours thick like ketchup and adds a smooth spice that warms you as eat. The flavor is pure. We brine the chilies and puree them so that you get a distinct salty, fresh chili flavor. Each batch is hand made and hand bottled. We don't call it hot sauce because hot really depends on the consumer and we are more into elevating the food rather than blowing your mouth up so you can't taste anymore.
This is quickly becoming Chef Drew's passion. Please stop by and enjoy our delicious food and amazing chili sauce. Currently we are in the process of making a hotter chili sauce but that is available on a request basis only.

Holiday Whole Roasted Ribeye
Holiday French Macarons

Chef Nikki has been very busy making some delicious French macarons here at Bourbon St. Bistro. They are quite unique for Northern Mindanao and very technical to make. Her flavors are Strawberry, Blueberry Cheese Cake, Espresso, Chocolate, Lemon, Pistachio, and Cappuccino. She perfected her craft while at The Thompson Beverly Hills. She is constantly testing and creating some complex flavor combinations and executing them in a very humid environment. Making macarons is an art and Chef Nikki has perfected that art so that our guests in town can taste something truly amazing. They are available in gift boxes: 5pc (P170), 8pc (P265), and 24pc (P795).

Even "out of towners," if you have prints that you think the public needs to see, send them our way and we will hold a show for you. We are thirsty for some creativity so please spread the word to any of your friends that may be interested.

CDOKAY write up by Rose Anne Quirante
"Now you can get the taste of French-American/New Orleans-Creole cuisine right here in the City of Golden Friendship! Introducing: Bourbon St. Bistro, Cagayan de Oro. It is a newly-opened restaurant that has captured the attention of many Kagay-anons hungry for a new line of food selections amid the growing number of pizzerias in the city.
Even before you enter the place, you get an ambiance of what it is like being in Rue Bourbon in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, particularly for its street sign and lamp post designs. As the entrance doors are being opened for you by the staff, you are welcomed with warm greetings and ushered to comfortable seats where you can then begin your dining experience."
The restaurant is starting to gain popularity and people are starting to appreciate our message, vision, as well as the food and drinks. It's all about locality. Building community and supporting those that support you. We have a close relationship with all our farmers and vendors. We source 95% of the menu from Misamis Oriental, Bukidnon and Cagayan de Oro. Our cooks respect the hard work the farmers put into growing those herbs, potatoes, carrots, and raising those beautiful pigs. With those pristine ingredients we are able to recreate the flavors of New Orleans, Chef Andrew's home town.
