We have a wonderful addition to our Valentine's Day weekend. We will be offering a 3 course tasting with a complimentary beverage from February 12-14...but the main event, the real deal holyfield is going to be on February 13, 2011 starting at 6pm. For Php 695 you will get to have our special tasting menu and get to enjoy the beautiful voice of Vivi Viduya.

Three Lettuce Salad

spicy cheese crumble, Sherry Shallot Vin

Cream of Cauliflower Soup

mini “grilled Cheese sandwich”

Choice of Entrée

Slow roasted Malasugue

over herbed potato, parsley puree, buttered cabbage, carrot spheres, and Sauce Beurre Blanc

Marinated Wagyu Flank Steak

white wine risotto, red onion puree, crispy onion strings, French beans, red wine soy butter

“Triple Chocolate Mousse”
