Chef Nikki has been very busy making some delicious French macarons here at Bourbon St. Bistro. They are quite unique for Northern Mindanao and very technical to make. Her flavors are Strawberry, Blueberry Cheese Cake, Espresso, Chocolate, Lemon, Pistachio, and Cappuccino. She perfected her craft while at The Thompson Beverly Hills. She is constantly testing and creating some complex flavor combinations and executing them in a very humid environment. Making macarons is an art and Chef Nikki has perfected that art so that our guests in town can taste something truly amazing.
